I'm not exactly sure how I got into collecting... It just kind happened. Nostalgia plays a big part, for sure. Having all of the toys, that I could only look at in magazines and whatnot. I remember wanting a computer as early as 5 or 6 years old in the mid-80's, and never had one of my own until 1994 when I was 15. I guess I'm overcompensating as a adult. I also really enjoy the history of Apple and the personal computer industry as a whole.

The real question is which came first? Mental Illness or the collecting?

I'm going with the illness was there first, but the collecting was the trigger that set it off. I wanted my own computer lab long before I ever had my own computer.
