When i was searching for games for my blue and white G3 i found that Macintosh Garden is back!!!! The site is just getting back to its former glory, but there are some good games so far. here is the web address:

Sweet! SimCity 1.6... I have those original disks somewhere in the house :).
Is that the one which only runs in 16-colour mode?

This is tested now with System 9.1 - runs.
The ReadMe tells about a minimal required QuickTime 2.5 for having some animations running and playing sound, but the application should run without that, nevertheless, less enjoyable, regretably.
I wanted to get the original version on floppy disks a few weeks ago - the the seller told me then, these disks could not be found - how sad we both were. No problems in monetary matters, but sad it was.
Now I have it, and SC 2000 on disk, with serial No. and manual for one Euro.
But sadly enough this site is offline - hoping for the best; there'd be a lot to discover.

if you go to Macintosh Garden and look at the friends section you'll never guess who one of them is.

Hint: its the Retro Mac Cast :D
