Where great old Macs live again!

I'm taking my newly acquired clamshell iBook G3 with me on a short trip this weekend. While I know most collectors prefer to keep their Macs at home in a specific area, has anyone ever had an experience or mishap with taking a retro Mac on the road?

I've never really traveled with a vintage mac (aside from years ago when they were current models :) ), but I have had a couple systems damaged when moving.

Kathryn has noted a few troubles connecting to WPA2-protected wireless networks when they are using AES encryption (as opposed to TKIP+AES, which works fine with older 802.11b cards but is supposedly less secure).

Solution: use an 802.11g card if you can, or in a worst case scenario, a USB 802.11b/g/n adapter (yuck!).
