I have a 21" Apple Display CRT. Probably the best picture ever. Blows away most LCD.
However, it's a workout to move around its 80 pounds :D

really is one of the best monitors I've ever worked and is beautiful!

There is a 'Medion' 19" CRT connected to the G3/350 here, a heavy weight champion, too.
The G3 is a little bit too slow for playing video DVDs, the original drive of a G4 is in it.

it still is a beautiful mac. Works great with Mac OS 9 to run those apps that OS X does not support

is true but I have one running with 10.2 and goes well with Photoshop CS2 and 1GB of RAM

I did not try to run DVD's in the G3, what I do is work on images and for older games and it does well so far with Photoshop images to A3/300dpis

The G3 has a 60GB with a clean installation of 10.4.11 and a small (2.3GB or so) with a 9.2.2 on it - documents loaded to the big disk, the 'Classic' apps on the smaller one. Photoshopping with a version 5.5 or 6.0 should not cause problems.
The OSX runs CS2, but it loads slowly - for basic graphic functions there are other apps. What I'm looking for is a 10.2 or an upgrade CD for iMacs, I've been overbid several times now.

I must have what you need.
Let me get on with new year's thing, and I'll take a look around.

Thank you very much and Happy New Year !
Well, I'm looking for a localized (German) version...
But the OSX software is multilingual, isn't it ?
Comment by LaurentB on January 1, 2010 at 5:23am
Yes it's multilingual.
I have 2 iMac G3, but can't get my hands on the CDs. Let me search again.
Otherwise, I'll get it from elsewhere.
