Apple II Community Resources

Kansas Fest 2008 - NOW OPEN Registration is here Scheduled for July 22 - 28, 2008 at Rockhurst College. Check out the info at http://www.kfest.org including pictures and info from previous years. I'm sure they would love to have a few more speakers and demonstrations to keep the party going 24/7!

A2Central IRC (Internet Relay Chat) channel and BBS (Web and Telnet access available) are generously provided by A2Central.com, your *total* source for Apple II Computing. If what you're looking for isn't there, there are five people on the IRC that know exactly where to find it! The best site for active Apple II community news, hardware, software and gatherings.
(Web IRC Client connecting to the A2Central IRC channel courtesy of Reactive Micro, a terrific hardware resource for Apple II owners - without it my GS wouldn't be the beast it is. Henry's "the Man" - there are other good ones but Henry really helped me out when I was a total idiot.)

For Software and Documentation resources, check the Call A.P.P.L.E. links page. Tons of stuff linking to all kinds of resources. There were so many good links I couldn't steal a few to put here!

If you have any in particular you think would be useful (I'd like to keep it under 7-10 links) let me know!

1) Apple IIGS (for images of my 2 Apple IIGS in my house)
2) Apple IIGS Applications (screenshots of various applications shown on LCD TV)
3) The Best of Apple IIGS (my personal favourite Apple IIGS photos)

Announcements of 4 meg GS memory cards, Uthernet network cards and an update to Virtual ][ all announced this week.
