Kansas Fest 2013! The KFest committee has announced NOTHING for KFest 2013 - yet!  We have every expectation that KFest 2013 dates will be announced in the "near" future. ("Near" being relative to a user of a 30+ year old machine)  Given the incredible success of the last few events and the great speakers and vocal community members, it's got to happen.  They even let a (gasp) Commodore lover speak last year.

More great news from A2Central.com has caused me to put up an RSS feed on the Pre-Mac Goodness group.

Announcements of 4 meg GS memory cards, Uthernet network cards and an update to Virtual ][ all announced this week.

I just can't keep up!

Now there's a PS/2 keyboard mod for Apple ][s, a VGA card AND a superdisk controller on the way. CRAZY stuff in the A2 world. Check out the A2Central.com news feed!

Hi, for all Apple II lovers who like to see some pictures, I have some photo albums in this site:

1) Apple IIGS (for images of my 2 Apple IIGS in my house)
2) Apple IIGS Applications (screenshots of various applications shown on LCD TV)
3) The Best of Apple IIGS (my personal favourite Apple IIGS photos)

Have fun!

That was a pretty cool looking poster. I don't remember having seen one of them before. It ended up going for $31.

For those that want to try to see it before eBay archives the transaction follow this link

I have added the amazing jazz song from the Apple IIGS Sales Demo in 1986 in my page. The song can be downloaded and I also add the screenshot of the demo as the album art.

I added a video capture of AppleVision. Probably the first music demo for Apple II computers (written in Integer BASIC + assembly). However, I am not able to capture the sound of this program.

If you have Firefox running on your PC, and you are willing to install a plugin called ActiveGS, you are welcome to test drive a GS on the web - http://virtualgs.larwe.com/ActiveGS/
