Hadn't actually though of that! I've been to the Isle of Man a couple of times and it does strike me as being quite a bit different from the UK, in a good way. If you wanted to be truely picky you could start your own RetroMacCast Isle of Man group, but I reckon there would be few members! ;-)

If I want to be picky I could say that i'm not really part of this group as the Isle Of Man isn't part of the UK...

The weather has been rubbish recently in Southern Scotland. With the exception of one or two moderately sunny days, it has been dull and dark nearly constantly, just like Winter.

Yes this Summer has been a wash out, but think of it like you have extra time indoors to play with your Macs :-)

Hi here us Brits have got to stick together, although I would prefer the Aussie weather at the moment, not been much of a summer even in Sunny Cornwall.

Well I'd noticed the Aussies have done the same and there certainly are quite a RMC listeners who are from the UK. Maybe a good place to post links to good eBay UK Mac auctions too.

The picture I have used for the group is a screenshot from my Mac Plus, displaying a map from Broderbund's "MacGlobe".

Hi MacMan, Thanks for the invite, I was thinking of stating a UK group so thank you for doing it for me. Hopefully this will be a great place to exchange ideas and tips.
