Awesome.  I've always wanted to make my own MAME cabinet.  I went as far has purchasing plans years ago.

Thanks. I've wanted an arcade cabinet since I was a kid (mid '80s) and visited some one that had a Pac Man machine in their house.

I didn't really have "plans", per se... I downloaded the measurements for a Centipede cabinet, cut out the sides, and improvised from there with a few principles in mind. It needed a keyboard drawer, no screws in the sides, it needed to be on wheels, and it had to look as good in the back as it does in the front... Oh and lots of buttons... as many as possible without altering the Centipede form factor or getting too cramped.
