Wow, envy. I was wondering how will Front Row looks on this Mac...

Front Row is an OS X App right? I've never tried to get OS X on a TAM. I'm sure someone has come up with a way to make it happen. If anyone knows a way to get OS X on a TAM, feel free to leave a link here, or have James and John mention it on the show. Thanks!

Are just get your TAM running OS X with a little help!  I know this is kinda like cheating, but it's pretty cool anyway!!  Someone took a TAM, put a Mac Mini's logic board, a 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, and Blue Ray Player inside a TAM.  Added USB Drives where the 3.5in Floppy Drive was, oh and they also replaced the display with a touch screen too!!!!  A very cool, timely, and I'm sure expensive mod!!  But I'm also certain that if you had one like this, it'd be one of the colest Mac's you'd ever own!!!!

Here's a link to the video of it on YouTube!

I would love to be able to do that. That is the coolest mod ever. Besides the Banana Jr. That's pretty darn cool too. I'd also love to have the guts of a MBP in a Pismo. ;-D

I know!! I'd hate to think how much that cost. A Mac Minni, the Blue Ray player, and then there's the time and trouble of getting everything to work with the mods!! But that would be an awesome Retro Mac! :-) :-)

The Bananna Jr. was awesome too!! I'd be totally lost in doing either on of these mods, but much kudos to the people that did them!!

Me too, I don't have that kind of know-how. I can replace part for part, as long as it's not soldered on, but that is way beyond my Kung-Fu too.
