Welcome David! It is great to see a recent switcher interested in the rich history of the Macintosh and Apple!

Hi David. Thanks for accepting my request. So 8 Macs? Which Macs in particular do you have?

Wow...that's a lot of portable Macs there. I've got my iMac G5 and my Quadra 650 that I use. I also have a Mac LC II that I have yet to set up for the kids (been lazy about it :-p). I'm thinking of creating a small LocalTalk network between the Quadra and the LC II so that they can access the games on the Quadra (as well as the CD-ROM drive for the games that require it) over the network.

I used to have an old StarMax 4000 Mac clone for a while before the iMac G5. Ran like a champ with OS 9.1 and Debian GNU/Linux. Now I have to find a way of recommissioning it back in my setup without my wife figuring it out.....which is practically impossible. LOL.

Have a good one...

-Claudio
