You have to check out the Michigan Ave. store, it's a must. There are other ones in Skokie and Schaumburg about 20 minutes away as well.
It's a Palm TX. Best piece of tech I have ever owned. I have had this one for over 2 years and should go buy another one just to hold on to when this one dies. I keep waiting for Apple to come up with a replacement for this but so far I'm still waiting.
