I just left a comment for a nearly one year old pic I made; this is it as a reminder: http://retromaccast.ning.com/photo/my-first-mac
"To JustSomeGuy - no Photoshop was used,
but a great software called the 'GraphicConverter'
by Mr. Thomas Lemke or his Lemkesoft.de/GraphicConverter
Compared to other graphic apps this will give you many of
'professional' apps options to work on your photography."

Tonight I found something at the
http://www.macdrivermuseum.net/cards.shtml.
So I will copy this to floppy and try on.
Thank you so far.

I didn't get it working with the 630, although there is the original manual. They write about how to use the Windows, but not where to put the components or how to arrange them. The floppies contents are supposed to be ok, all the disks were readable. And for System 7 there is a switching cdev. I will have to install a 7.5 on this IIvx (fits in the cx as well) firstly. The cx has 7.5.3 installed.

Ok, fine, thank you. I have a DOS 6.2.2/Windows 3.1 set of disks for the Performa 630 DOS and its 486/66 card - may these do with the 286, too ?

@Kathryn - yep, I'm a big II fan. Macs are nice and all, but the real vintage Apples go aaaaaaaaaall the way back. Option8 did a nice job on that anachronistic Mac didn't he?
