Little bit about me (and Macs)...
I started using Macs in 1984. My first machine was the Macintosh LC630. I loved the machine, the philisophy that was behind its operating system. That's how my love affair with the Macintosh started... After couple of years I bought Power Macintosh 7300 wit 17" monitor. I used it to design my first web sites and that's how my adventure with graphic design started. One could say – all because of Apple...
I own now the 24" iMac, the 15" unibody MacBook Pro, but also have 4 vintage Macs in my household: one Classic II, one Performa 475, one clamshell iBook and by beloved Cube. The Cube is enhanced with 1.5 GHz G4 porcessor, GeForce 3 graphic card and 20" Apple Cinema Display. All oldies work fine. I could even establish a small LocalTalk network between the Classic II and Performa 475 lately. It was fun to use the Chooser again...
I admire your work – the podcast and this website. You're doing great job – preserving what's dear to a lots of people's hearts.
