TRS-80s and Color Computers deliver the paper

It's obvious that some papers knew that this was going to happen.

For those who don't know, the service they were using was Compuserve. Very expensive but a very cool service at the time. This is when BBSs were going strong.

Of course, you could get the same experience today with Links in Mac OS X. :-)

It's amazing just how retro a //gs with a network card or an Atari 800 with an SIO2PC adapter feels. But it's awesome to connect to any bbs in the world for free at 9600+ baud!
