I started playing with Apple II+ in the early 80s. I got my first II+ in 1983 and it came with a 5.25" disk drive and an Integer Card. It didn't have a monitor so I connected it to a TV for video.
My first Mac was a Qudra 605 from eBay US in 2001 and later I added an LC 475, Classic II, SE/30, Power Mac 6200 and 7200. I also bought some more IIs from US, a IIc, a IIc+, IIe and IIgs. I was given an Euro-II plus by my friend 3 years ago. I also have a focus drive, a 150K/s CDROM and 2 SCSI enclosures for hard disk plus 2 SCSI zip drives. My main hobby is mainly electronics and I like to interface to the Apple IIs bus using 6502 ASM language and Applesoft.
I also like to build basic microprocessor circuits using 6502, 6803, 6809, 8085, 8051, Z80 and PICS. I have also built the cosmac elf from popular electronics magazine.
Allen: It looks like you have 8 pictures out there but when I select the link on your page it says that you don't have any pictures.
But, I saw some shots that I wanted to take a look at roll by on the home page and clicked on it. It said that I had to be your friend to see them. Any chance you could open them up for everyone (or I could just ask to be a friend) so everyone can see them and comment on them?
They looked awesome for the short time I got to see them before they rotated out of the way.
Hi Ryan, Sibu is a medium size town having a population of 260 thoudand. The Borneo island is the 3rd largest island in the world (have to check if it is still true). The best beaches are in Sabah but the Santubong Beaches in Kuching and the Tanjong Kidurong beach in Bintulu are also not bad.
I have been to Penang twice and I stayed in the Beach Hotel at Batu Ferringi (if my memory is right) and they are nice long beaches around that area. Lim can tell you more about them as he was from there.
I was playing with Mac starting with OS 7.6.1 on my classic and there are some problems with the hardware so I got a classic II board from US and upgraded it. What BASIC did you use for your Mac? Did you try 68000 assembly language?
