For a minute there that guy looked like Fee Waybill of The Tubes. (I'm starting to learn that my concept of popular culture is about 20 years old)

This series of ads (at least three of them) was shown in WGBH/PBS' computer documentary, "The Machine That Changed the World". This, of course, was the best one. :-) They were used to demonstrate the frustration that people had with computers in general, so they edited out the Apple and Macintosh references. Regardless, sharp-eared folks could latch onto the Apple II startup beep sound and the familiar Macintosh commercial voiceover style...
